You are probably here because you consider yourself part of the strange and dark subculture that is “a modern reproduction of vintage street dancing.” You might be an engineer, you might be a g33k, you may be just someone who watched a commercial for chinos in 1998 and got swept up in the “scene.”
However you got here, I’m glad. Why? Because it means I have one more person to observe and pound out their idiosyncrasies through writing. So, thank you, one and all!
P.S. For all of you wondering about the title of this blog, I absolutely love and am inspired by Randall Munroe’s web comic xkcd. I am in no way trying to ride on the coattails of its fame (if he asked me to change the name/take down this blog I absolutely would), but created the title as a indubitably clever twist on two things for which I have a passion.
